Rain stopped. 10 miles on a track that we would never build or maintain in the uk. Sun peeked out. Arrived at hotel..woman met us and showed us where to store the bikes. Eating a 9 bar. 3rd in line for a shower of course but hard to complain!
The attached picture shows the track from dieppe. All 35 miles was like this.
Rained all day here too, then again I was in shops and you were on bikes... can't say I'm jealous! Hope rain eases off tomorrow and the track is just as nice. Good luck :') neve x
ReplyDeleteDon't have too much rain - it makes you grow and Euan is nearly my height as it is! Track looks lovely though - not many other cyclists on it? Heard on the radio that there's a charity bike ride from Paris to London (Help for Heroes) - expecting a big crowd when they arrive in London I think this weekend. You might pass them on the way! Have a good evening and a successful day tomorrow. Love N & G xx
ReplyDeleteNot a bad end to the day after all, hope all goes well tomorrow. Love grandma & grandpa xx
ReplyDeleteGlad that the rain has stopped for you and that the track has improved drastically..........very impressive riding by you all. Ju & Rob xx
ReplyDeleteWell done to you all! Glad to see that you're not all fighting over the same tiny bit of smooth tarmac usually well hidden on english roads. Also pleased to see that Neve is making the most of some well earned retail therapy to help with the revision. Good luck for tomorrow. Dotxx
